Axiom Ventures was created out of a need for a new, modern-day approach to building urban communities in Central Ohio. Rather than be a repetitive developer doing things the same way they’ve always be done, Axiom reflects a value system of listening first and working with local constituents, while also viewing things through a modern lens.
That lens comes from coupling Tim Kaskewsky’s background in architecture and creating mixed-use developments with Ethan Temianka’s vision and significant experience in redefining urban communities. Their shared passion for community building brought them together, but the merging of their skill sets, perspectives and value systems is what makes Axiom a balanced, transparent and forward-thinking developer.
