Since 2013, Mr. Temianka has directly acquired and renovated nearly two hundred homes on the South Side of Columbus, OH. For his work in creating affordable housing and revitalizing lower-income neighborhoods, while also serving as a publicly-elected board member of Mesa Water District, he was honored as one of Orange County’s top 40 most successful and influential entrepreneurial leaders under the age of 40 by the OC Metro in 2014.
In 2016, he was recognized by Columbus Mayor Ginther, Councilman Shannon Hardin, Affordable Housing Trust President Steven Gladman and others in a ribbon cutting celebration for his work in revitalizing lower-income housing and improving the urban fabric of the local community.
In 2017, Mr. Temianka moved from Southern California to Columbus, OH to better manage his booming real estate portfolio. Living in one of his own local investment properties for the first year, he was extremely hands-on in building both in-house construction and management teams here locally.
Mr. Temianka currently employs ten full-time employees and lives in Schumacher Place. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine and has been cited in the New York Times, LA Times, Columbus Dispatch and OC Register.
Tim Kaskewsky is a Commercial Real Estate veteran with over a decade of experience leading teams and projects from conception through construction and stakeholder on-boarding. He has worked as an Architect, Owner, Developer, and Construction Manager on some of Central Ohio’s largest mixed-use developments, as well as played a key role in master planning 100+ acre developments across the United States.
In 2017, Tim began to focus more specifically on Commercial Real Estate development. He became the exclusive in-house architect at The Wood Companies, a Developer best known for its significant contributions to The Short North Arts District in Columbus, OH. As part of the development team, Tim helped to deliver 149 apartments, 100,000 sf of office, 13,000 sf of restaurant, 3,000 sf of retail, and a 240 space parking garage across four projects totaling more than $150 million.
Tim began privately investing in commercial properties throughout Central Ohio in 2018, with a focus of revitalizing under performing assets through renovation. He now co-manages a portfolio of six buildings that house a variety of small businesses.
